On March 5, 2026, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the commissioning of a multilayer PE pipe co-extrusion line.

The AB 2 layers PE pipe production line is equipped with an SJ-60/36 single screw extruder, an SJ-50/33 extruder, and an SJ-25 co-extruder. It also includes a vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, three-claw haul-off, dust-free cutter, and stacker, forming a complete and efficient pipe extrusion system.

During the commissioning process, the entire PE pipe extrusion line operated smoothly, and the produced pipes demonstrated stable quality and excellent performance, meeting the expected production standards.
